| 12 Dec 2021 | KIIFB Technical Inspection wing has visited the work sites at Peroorkada, Nalanchira Kusavarkal road and MC road, Paruthipara on 10/12/21. Inspected in detail about the physical progress of work at the various locations. 32m of 914mm MS pipe laid at MC road near Nalanchira Mar Ivanios junction. Culvert which was on the pipe laying alignment at 2.5m depth, pipe was laid below 1.5m depth at culvert base. | 04 Dec 2021 | Hon MLA, Vattiyoorkavu Constituency visited the site at Peroorkada and MLA road, Kudappanakunnu on 02/12/21. Advised to backfill the open trenches at Peroorkada inorder to facilitate smooth public commutation. Also told to take necessary steps for speeding up rock breaking and removal and road restoration works. Compacting and levelling of mud portions done using compacting machine and made the road more suitable for public transport. 914mm MS pipe laying at Nalanchira Kusavarkal started and progressing. | 01 Dec 2021 | MD, KWA visited the work site near AKG Nagar on 30.11.2021, Peroorkada and instructed to complete the road restoration works urgently. Also gave instructions to the contractor for supplying the balance pipes at the earliest for the laying of pipes at remaining locations. To speed up the rock breaking, removal and the site need to be cleared for public commutation after completing the work immediately.
