Due to heavy rain, surrounding tarred road surface slided into trench despite providing side shutters since the said portion is a low lying area. The welding works of laid pipes in Nalanchira Kusavarkal road ongoing. The problem of sliding of surrounding earth surface inside trenches due to loose soil in the area and low lying area.
