In package 1, 93% - Raw water pumphouse, Raw water pumping main, and Booster station are in Finishing stage. 23 MLD WTP, 12 LL OHSR, All gravity and pumping mains are completed. In package 2, Work short closed. in package 3a, Tender approval obtained from govt. and work awarded on 31/05/2023. Design of pump set are completed and pump set order is placed by the contracter. In package 3b, Work Awarded. In package 4, As per the joint meeting with CE irrigation with our CE,it is decided to deposit weir AS amount 2.9 crore rupees in the Irrigation project. Irrigation dept is progressing towards AS for their project. In joint meeting with CE irrigation and CR IDRB conducted on 11/04/2022, CE IDRB informed that the design will be ready soon. Direction was given by Secretary to Government, Water Resources (WS-C) Department to CE (I&A) to prepare a submite DPR of the subject work for Administrative Saction on 19/08/2023. In packge 5, Got TS approval. Waiting for KIIFB package approval to start tendering process.

In package 1, 92% - Pump house and substation building works are completed. Leading chanel work 70% completed. Row water pumping main completed. Anchor blocks 90% completed. Pressure testing of Raw water pumping main in MS portion to be done. Booster station work completed. Water tightening test to be done. WTP is completed. 12 LL OHSR in AMU campus is completed. Clear water pumping main/ Gravity main are completed.
KSEB power line extension is required for the commissioning of the scheme. KIIFB asked for resubmit the demand (of 6.25 cr recieved from KSEB) with out supervision charge. The same is not obtained from KSEB yet. Package 2, 93% - All works are completed except the replacement of old AC pipe with DI for a length of 4.5 KM along NH 966, as the road cutting permission was not obtained from the NHAI. so Work short closed. Package 3A, Tender approval obtained from govt. and work awarded on 31/05/2023. Design of pump set are completed and pump set order is placed by the contracter. Package 3B, Tender awarded in LMR rate. Contractor denied to executed the agreement. Tender cancelled. Re-casted the estimate with new pipe rate in price 3 and submitted. Clear water pumping main work under progress. 1215 m (250 mm DI) piping done. 8030 m (450 mm DI) laying done. Substation building (Handrail and Paiting works completed) Well cum Pump house (Plastering work and fabrication works for windows and doors completed. Painting Work completed. (Booster cum pump house) plastering in progress, pumphouse flooring PCC work completed. Leading Channel work in progress. Package 2, 93% - Work short closed.
