23 Jan 2023 Package 1:Value of land for construction of 22 MLD WTP at Nethaji Nagar is computed for Rs. 3.34 crores . The amount was deposited by the KIIFB 17.1.2023.This amount has to be given to the LA Thahasildar, KIIFB & this amount has to be given to the owner of the land.-. Package 2:- Estimate send for TS and now in Chief Engineer office. ; Package 3:Estimate preparation works in progress and be completed after the estimates for the Packages 1 &2.-. Package 4:-Road restoration works on Koodalloor road partially completed. The road restoration works in the Manarcad bypass road in progress. 14 Sep 2022 Package 1:-Sub Division sketch is approved. Valuation report is not yet submitted by Tahsildar. Request for revision of Revenue B is made to Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue. The land acquisition is in progress (43.23 Are private land) and the 11(1) notification has been published on 04-07-2021. Subdivision records approved. BVR has been prepared. Resurvey number 29/1 has been incorrectly mentioned in the Revenue (B) department order. The Land Acquisition Officer has issued a letter to the Requisition Authority (KWA) requesting an erratum order (the correct Resurvey number is 21/9), and the District Collector has proposed to the Government for revising the Revenue (B) department's order. KWA Head office has to forward a letter to the Water Resources Department for availing fresh Revenue B Erratum Order. Package 2:- Permissive sanction for handover of 13.5 cent of land at Kacherikunnu was received . The soil investigation completed. The design & estimate preparation works in progress. ; Package 3:- Estimate preparation works in progress and be completed after the estimates for the Packages 1 &2. 10 Jul 2022 PACKAGE I: LAND ACQUISITION for 107 cent land at Nethaji Nagar: Resurvey sketch for the land was recieved on 08.05.22,verified by LA Tahsildar and final survey at site was conducted on 04.06.2022.On discussion,LA Tahsildar promised to submit the Basic Valution Report(BVR) and then 19(1) notofiction. PACKGE 2 Regarding handing over of 13.5 cent land a Kacherikunnu for construction of 10 LL OHSR,the file was at the Office of Land Revenue Commissionarate,TVM.(Letter no DCKTM/9747/2021/L3 dated 08/06/2022 to Commissioner, Land Revenue,Tvpm).Followups are being made to expedite the process. PACKAGE 4 PIPE laying works is completed.Gap works and majour road crossings only is pending.It is kept on hold due to ongoing monsoon season. Kottayam Proj Dn AE4

02 Jun 2022 LAND ACQUISITION for 107 cent land at Nethaji Nagar: Sketch earlier submitted by LA(Bhoorekha) Tahsildar had errors.This was resend to them for correction.Now the revised sketch is prepared however due to leave of Tahsildar in charge,file is not yet recieved to our office.Meeting was held with the Tahsildar in charge on 30.05.2022.As promised new Tahsildar is assigned charge and file is expected to recieve by 03.06.2022.Based on this report and sketch,survey stones will be realigned by KWA and sketch will be handed over to LA(KIIFB) Tahsildr at Vaikom.After evaluation 19(1) notification and Basic Valution Report(BVR) can be submitted.Approx time of completion for this entire process is 2 months Regarding handing over of 13.5 cent land a Kacherikunnu for construction of 10 LL OHSR,the file was at the Office of Land Revenue Commissionarate,TVM.On enquiry the file is returned to Kottayam District Collectorate for some corrections and is at L3 section.Followups are being made to expedite the process. 19 Apr 2022 Resurvey for 107 cent land at Nethaji Nagar is completed and sketch submitted to Survey Tahsildar for further necessary action.Regarding 13.5 cent land at Kacherikunnu,GO is yet to publish.Both status is appraised with Hon Minister Sri.N Vasvan sir and he promised to expedite the process of GO and LA for 107 cent land Kottayam Proj Dn AE4
