06 Oct 2021 As directed by MD option for Advance possession of land for Karimbukayam and Ettumanoor scheme was brought to the notice of District collector in the DDC dtd.25.09.21 and later in the DICC meeting dtd 04.10.21 at the chamber of District collector. 05 Oct 2021 Regarding Land transfer of 13.5 cents for constructing 10 LL OHSR at Kacherikunnu,on discussion with District Collector on 04.09.2021,KWA is directed to put up a proposal to include the office of Food & Safety departent under the OHSR proposed and coordinate with authorities for arriving at a decision.Joint meeting will be chaired by Dist Collector and decisions shall be made in presence of MLS Sri. Vasavan sir. Kottayam AE 3
05 Oct 2021 Vide Review meeting held on 25.09.2021,MD KWA directed to check the possibility of Advance pocession of land towards the purpose of tendering the works.Based on this,discussions were held with District Collector on the same day and was assured to check the possibility of advance procession. Following this another meeting was held with Dist Collector,Kottayam on 04.09.2021 and in the meeting District Collector directed concerned authorities to host a joint meeting with Owners of land,hon Minister Sri N Vasavan sir and KWA officials at the earliest.Date of meeting will be intimated to us soon and based on the meeting,further advancement in land availability will be finalised. 25 Sep 2021 Current split up of AS amount for packages is as follows: Package I 408600000(send for TS) Package II 185300000(send for TS) Package III 178200000(send for TS) Package IV 117440000(work ongoing) Amount reserved for Land Acquisition 42710000. ********************************** PACKAGES I,2& 3 is send for TS approval and way forward after revision in PRICE DSR 2018. PACKAGE 4 is ongoing and 60% of works are completed.No delays in work.Works is expected to complete by 31.12.2021. *********************************** LAND ACQUISITION 6(1) notification published and land survey completed on 15.09.2021.On enquiry with LA Tahsildar,it is understood that location sketch is being prepared and BVR(Bsic Valuation Report) for land rates are being procured.LA process is expected to complete by 31 Nov 2021 and award will occur then. FOr land requistion for 13.5 cent at Kacherikunnu,details are forwarded to Dit Collector for expediting the handover. Kottayam AE 3
10 Sep 2021 ***********Package I******* Meeting with Dist Collector and Hon MLA Sri. N Vasavan at Collectorate to discuss the progress of work.Survey for 107 cent land acquisition will start on 15.09.2021 & by first week of Noveber 2021,full handoover of land for KWA purpose will be over. ****Package II**** Land transfer for 13.5 cent land at Kacherikunnu will be speedup as informed by Dist Collector. ****Package III**** Revision of estimate due to change in SOR 2018 is being done.Will be send for review best by 12.09.2021. ***Package IV*** 60% of works is completed.Pipe laying on PWD roads will resume by 13.09.2021. 02 Sep 2021 **Package I** 19(1) notification for start of survey in the proposed land for acquistion is published in gazzete on 31.08.2021.LA Tahsildar agreed to complete survey process immeditely. **Package II & PAckage III returned for correcting total estimate amount to match AS amount.Estimate is being scrutinized. ***Package IV 56% of works completed. Pipe laying along PWD roads is now temporarily stopped due to rain.Is anticipated to start on 05.09.2021 Kottayam AE 3
06 Aug 2021 Proceeding for 11 (1) notification from collectoreate in final stage . Land survey and 19 (1) Notification is further needed for the aquisition of land. Kottayam AE 3
06 Jul 2021 SIA report is accepted by collector. On enquiry it is learned that the proceedings of District collector for initiating 11(1) notification issued and draft is preparing at thahasildar for the notification is preparing. It expected submit to collectorate this week . The 13 .5 cent land for package - The report from for adding the value of fire wood pending with village officer. The contacted VO and asked to submit the revised report soon. Package 1 is submitted to higher office for TS Package 2 and Package 3 has to be revised to match with the as amount in revised rate Kottayam AE 3
06 Jul 2021 Package 1 -- 22 mld WTP and allied work- Land aquiring process going on , from collectorate it is known that process is progressing Package 2 -Estimate is revising to AS amount Package 3 , estimate is revising to estimate amount Package From collectorate it is known that General Status: Due to the rate revision in PRICE software (updated SoR), sum of package wise estimate exceeded AS amount. Hence redirected from HO for revision. Package I Social Impact Assessment committee conducted on 26.03.2021 and report submitted to Dist.Collector on 26.05.21. On 02.06.2021, letter obtained from Dist. Collector seeking the opinion of KWA in SIA (Social Impact Assessment) report. Hon.minister Sri. V N Vasavan ensured to conduct a joint meeting with revenue officials & KWA officials to speed up land Acquisition process (purchasing of 107 cents at Nethaji Nagar and 13.5 cents at Kacherikunnu for permissive sanction and the meeting is proposed to be conducted on Saturday (05.06.2021) at Kottayam collectorate. Package II Permissive sanction for LA (Land Acquistion) to construct OHSR at Kacherikunnu is pending at RDO office. On 02.06.2021, meeting was conducted with Tahsildar, Kottayam and requested for speeding up the process. Hon.minister Sri. V N Vasavan ensured to conduct a joint meeting with revenue officials & KWA officials to speed up land Acquisition process (purchasing of 107 cents at Nethaji Nagar and 13.5 cents at Kacherikunnu for permissive sanction and the meeting is proposed to be conducted on Saturday (05.06.2021) at Kottayam collectorate.
