02 Feb 2022 **Package I** Resurvey nitification is issued to concerned parties in that sub-division.Resurvey process is expected to complete by mid of Feb 2022.Then 19(1) notification& purchase of land. **Package 2** Land handover order from Dist Collector is not recieved.File will be send to Dist Collector office from RDO office on 02.02.2022. **Package 3** KSTP road estimate is yet to be recieved from authorities.Issue appraised to Hin Minister N Vasavan for speedup. **Package 4** 72% physical progress. achieved.At present no hindrance fo work.Work is planned to complete before April 2022. 12 Jan 2022 Package I,II & III Estimates returned for updating the road restoration with 2018 SoR.Revised estimates for road restoration works w.r.t 2018 DSR is recived on 12.01.2022.Revised estimate for road restoration on Adichira_Pattithanam (earlier KSTP road) is yet to be recieved.Intimated PWD roads maintainence Division for the same.Based on the revised road restoration estimate,packages will be revised and send for approval best by 14.01.2022 .Regarding land acquition for 107 cent at Nethaji Nagar,due to corrections required in resurvey sketch,again resurvey needs to be conducted for which the file is pending with Revenue Tahsildr at Kottayam.Site visit with Resurvey Tahsildar is planned on 14.01.2022. Regarding handover of 13.5 cent land,order is being prepared at the office of District Collector,Kottayam. Package IV works is ongoing with limited permission from PWD to complete works on Shutterkavala Pala road due to ongoing Sabarimala season. Kottayam Proj Dn AE4

09 Nov 2021 09.10.2021 Meeting with LA Tahsildar & team at Dist Collectors office.To solve the issue related to actual area under procession & area that need to be acquired,Dist Collector Directed LA Tahsildar team to rearrange the survey stones to match the actual area required (107 cents) and produce the drawings along with basic valuation report for next step in lnd acquisition process i.e.19(1) notification. 09 Nov 2021 08.10.2021 Meeting with District Collector to solve issues regarding land acquisition for KIIFB Ettumanoor. Regarding 13.5 Cent land requisition for 10 LL OHSR at Kacherikunnu,Dist Collector informed that land will be handed over to KWA via orders and Food & Safety department will be provided space for office accommodation at other place. Order is in preparation and is expected to receive soon. Regarding acquisition for 107 cent land for package I 22 MLD plant,Dist collector directed KWA & LA Tahsildar to convene a joint meeting on 09.10.2021 to discuss way forward. Kottayam Proj Dn AE4
30 Oct 2021 Post meeting with District Collector on 28.10.2021,the issues regarding requisition of 13.5 Cent land was appraised to Hon.minister Sri N Vasavan. Ministers office intervened and discussed with District Collector.Final decision is made regarding handing over 13.5 cent land to KWA and office space for food & safety will be arranged at other place.Official order regarding this will be issued by Dist Collector .Once the order is recieved,this can be used as a base for tendering the packages 2&3. 28 Oct 2021 Attended online meeting on 28.10.2021 held by District collector regarding land acquisition related issues of various departments. Our various land issues were also discussed and requested for ADVANCE POCESSION option. Collector informed in the meeting that 13.5 cents of land at Kacherikkunnu (Package 2) will be given to KWA and Food &Safety Department will be given alternative land instead. Collector confirmed to release necessary orders soon. Kottayam Project Dn EE
27 Oct 2021 Had meeting with District Collector on 25.10.2021 and handed over complete list of land required for construction of various civil components with details such as Block number, survey no. and extend etc and requested to take action for handing over the land of 1.07 acre for construction of WTP under ADVANCE POCESSION option. Also Food and Safety officers who attended the meeting as per collectors direction informed that 13.5 cents of land is intended for their office construction and hence should not be handed over to KWA. Collector assured to take up the issue with Govt. Kottayam Project Dn EE
24 Oct 2021 Had meeting with Hon. District Collector on 23.10.21 and apprised about the necessity of obtaining 1.07 acres of land for construction of 22 MLD WTP and OHSR at Nethaji Nagar on ADVANCE POCESSION basis so that Package 1 can be tendered. Similarly requested speedy action for transferring 13.5 Cents of Govt owned land for construction of 10 LL OHSR at Kacherikunnu so that Package 2 can be tendered. District Collector directed LA Tahsildhar to take urgent action to address both issues and assured to hold a meeting with concerned next week itself. Kottayam Project Dn EE
