02 Jun 2021 General Status: Due to the rate revision in PRICE software (updated SoR), sum of package wise estimate exceeded AS amount. Hence redirected from HO for revision. Package I Social Impact Assessment committee conducted on 26.03.2021 and report submitted to Dist.Collector on 26.05.21. On 02.06.2021, letter obtained from Dist. Collector seeking the opinion of KWA in SIA (Social Impact Assessment) report. Hon.minister Sri. V N Vasavan ensured to conduct a joint meeting with revenue officials & KWA officials to speed up land Acquisition process (purchasing of 107 cents at Nethaji Nagar and 13.5 cents at Kacherikunnu for permissive sanction and the meeting is proposed to be conducted on Saturday (05.06.2021) at Kottayam collectorate. Package II Permissive sanction for LA (Land Acquistion) to construct OHSR at Kacherikunnu is pending at RDO office. On 02.06.2021, meeting was conducted with Tahsildar, Kottayam and requested for speeding up the process. Hon.minister Sri. V N Vasavan ensured to conduct a joint meeting with revenue officials & KWA officials to speed up land Acquisition process (purchasing of 107 cents at Nethaji Nagar and 13.5 cents at Kacherikunnu for permissive sanction and the meeting is proposed to be conducted on Saturday (05.06.2021) at Kottayam collectorate.
