08 Nov 2023 **PACKAGE I** 95% of works completed. WTP is partially commissioned and water supply is made to Kottayam Municipality & adjoining Panchayaths. Energization works is in progress. Additional caution deposit of Rs 20.34 lacs is requested by KSEB for power enhancement for which fund request is made to KSEB.vOn reciept only 50 MLD can be commissioned. **PACKAGE 2** 65% work completed. Work is foreclosed on 16.12.2022 due to the non-availability of road cutting sanction from MoRTH on NH 183 on K.K road & M.C road.Bill is processed and uploaded to KIIFB**PACKAGE 3&4**This work involves road restoration on NH 183.Due to the non-availability of permission for laying pipes, restoration cannot be started. . **PACKAGE 5**This work involves road restoration on PWD roads. 01 Aug 2022 **PACKAGE I** 95% of works completed.All civil works is completed.Road tarring works is pending due to rainy season**PACKAGE 2** 63% work completed.95% of pipe laying works on sanction recieved PWD roads is completed now.Approx 12 km pipe laying is kept on hold due to non reciept of road cutting permission from MoRTH on NH 183. Appeal given to Chairman NHAI for permissions.Meeting with MoRTH officials is proposed on 01.08.2022 at the chamber of District Collector to discuss the way forward**PACKAGE 3&4** Road restoration works not started since pipe laying and road cutting has not begun on NH 183. **PACKAGE 5** PWD roa restoration works in progress.BM works completed over Kanjikuzhi-Muttambalam stretch whereas GSB filling completed on Erayil road stretch and on Mosco-Incherikunnu road stretch.Restoration works will be resumed after rain Kottayam Proj Dn AE4
