01 Apr 2021 ************************************* Package I:- 1. 80% is the progress of project. 2.Extension of Time of completion for Package I was granted till 31.03.2021 vide proceedings of SE,PHCK/A3/11/2015-Vol III by imposing a fine of Rs 50,000. 3.Physical progress of the components are as follows: (a)Aerator:-Finishing works in progress (b) Raw water channel:-Civil works in progress.Bypss channel supporting column erection works in progress. (c)Chemical store:Civil work till foundation beams completed and work is paused to divert more importance to other structural components. (d) Chlorine room:-Civil works completed.De shuttering has not commenced yet to facilitate brick works and jali works (e) Filter house:-Concreting of control chambers inside pipe gallery in progress.Other finishing works in progress. (f) Clariflocculator no:2-Civil works completed. Electro mechanical erection works not completed. 18 Mar 2021 Package I:- 79% is the progress of project.The progress is shown as same for some time because of the following reasons: © AERATOR-Currently RCC works for super structure is in progress. On completion this shall for 0.62% of total work. (d) Raw water channel, flash mixer and bypass channel-Currently RCC works for super structure is in progress. On completion this shall for 0.55% of total work. (h) Filter House: Filter media supply accounts for 1.2% of work. Only gravel items for 1 nos filter bed is supplied (j) Chemical house: RCC works up to first floor accounts for 0.4% of total work (k)Chlorination units- RCC works up to first floor accounts for 0.5% of total work (l) Site protection works-Compound wall with barbed fencing accounts for 2% of total work.Only brick work is completed Though the % of completion of the above mentioned works are low,volume of works is more and time consuming. 23 Feb 2021 Package I As per the agreed terms of minutes of meeting on 10.02.2021,contractor was supposed to charge and commission 1 nos filter bed at new filter house..however the status of works as on today is as follows: 1.fikter media not supplied at site 2.backwash pumps etc not supplied at site 3.interconnection works for 1000 mm di k9 ravity main with existing sump is not started..specials were arranged from kwa side for urgency in work however the work has not progressed. The delay in works has been enquire with contractor,but response is not satisfactory. From kwa side,power enhancement estimate has been received and is send for fund request. Only thing pending from kwa side is handing over and permission to demolish 1.5 and 5.5 mld existing wtp at site.for this also partial commissioning of new 50 mld to be done by contractor. 16 Feb 2021 For Package I,As per agreed date of completion ,the works for charging filter bed is in progress.Interconnection works of Gravity Main is in progress.Anticipating to charge 1 nos filter bed by 20.02.2021 Kottayam Proj Dn AE4
12 Feb 2021 For Package I,Review of progress meeting of the project was held at the office of SE,PHCK. Contractor was also present.It was mutually agreed to charge and commission 1 nos of filter bed in the newly constructed filter house by 20.02.2021.All necessary arrangements for this including interconnection of existing gravity main 1000 mm DI K 9 with newly constructed sump ,interconnection of existing 600 mm DI K 9 pumping main with newly laid 1100 mm DI K 9 pumping main to pump water shall be completed by 20.02.2021.
