24 Sep 2021 ***PACKAGE I*** 86% physical progress for the work partial commissioning completed on 30.08.2021. ***PACKAGE II*** 35% physical progress for the work. 80% of supply for 600 mm DI K9 & 400 mm DI K9 pipes completed. 100% of supply for 710 mm DI K9 & 160 mm PVC 10 kg/cm 2 pipes completed. 2 nos of 75 HP pump sets is supplied and erected at KWA campus pump house.Suction and delivery lines work is progressing currently. 600 mm DI K9 inlet and outlet lines for KWA campus pump house 12.5 LL OHSR is progressing. 400 mm DI K9 pipeline works along Mosco-Incherikunnu road is progressing. 600 mm DI K9 clear water pumping main laying works completed inside court campus road and re tarring completed. 10 Sep 2021 Water required to commission the newly constructed 50 MLD WTP is not sufficiently recieving from the existing raw water pumphouse.Existing 3 nos 175 HP pumpsets is used to pump water to 12.5 MLD,1.5 MLD & 5.5 MLD WTPs at Peroor.Hence,sharing water for partial commissioning has resulted in reduction of wter supply to ottayam Town.Shortage of water in many highlevel areas is reported bt AE WS Section 1 Kottayam.Hence a suitable solution needs to be arrived at for full commisioning of 50 MLD without interruption to Municipality water supply.This issue is reported to higher offies for further discussuion and way forward Kottayam Proj Dn AE4
02 Sep 2021 **Package I-50 MLD WTP at Peroor** Partial commissioning of 50 MLD WTP done on 30.08.2021.Directions given to COntrator for demolishing of 1.5 & 5.5 MLD existings WTP and start construction of remaining Clariflocculator No:1 at the earliest to enable full commisssioning by 30.12.2021. **Package II** Since monsoon ban on road cutting ended on 30.08.2021,permission to cut road is anticipated from PWD Roads Division 0n 02.09.2021.Then works will start.Pipe laying works inside KWA campus for inlet nd outlet of 12.5 LL OHSR is progressing. **Road restoration works on NH 183 on MC road agreement will e executed on 02.09.2021 **Raod restoration works on PWD roads and NH 183(KK Road) is send for STC approval to CE office. 06 Aug 2021 **PACKAGE I** 85% completion.Partial commissioning is expected in the upcoming week **PACKAGE II** 26% completed.All works for pipe laying except laying on PWD Roads and NH Roads is progressing. Permission to lay pipes on PWD Roads is not obtained yet due to Monsoon ban. MorTH permission to lay pipes on MC road is also not recieved yet. ll the road restoration works are tendered and quoted. 06 Jul 2021 *** PACKAGE I*** 85% works completed. Interconnection works at Thiruvanjoor intake proposed on 17,18,19 th of July 2021 to charge newly laid 1100 mm DI K9 Raw water pumping main.This will ensure partial commissioning of 50 MLD WTP. ***PACKAGE II 24% completed.Distribution pipe laying on Municipality road is progressing. Road restoration works for restoring PWD/NH roads is tendered.3 nos of works **restoration of MC Road under NH Roads Division,Ktm **restoration of PWD Roads under Roads Division,Ktm **restoration of NH Roads on KK Road under NH Roads Division Muvattupuzha Once the Contractors are selected and agreement is executed ,the pipe laying works will start Kottayam Proj Dn AE4
