Got information that some clarification which was required regarding 2 revenue lands were received at Commissionerate and further processing is in progress. Revenue land transfer process ongoing in Land Revenue Commissionerate. Land Survey Completed and valuation in progress. Enquired at Land Aquisition wing regarding Advance possession and they conveyed that as Per section 40 of the LARR act Advanced posession clause can be revoked only in case of Natural disaster etc. Out of Five revenue land proposals sent to Land revenue commisonerate two proposals have been returned to Collectorate Land transfer wing asking clarifications regarding an encroachment case for Land at Nellikunnu (Nedumparambu). Remaining revenue land transfer is under process in Land revenue commissionerate.
