22 Oct 2021 Enquired at Collectorate, Thiruvananthapuram in Land Acquisition Section about the status of 2 Pvt lands at Vandithadam and Anakudy, it was informed that the preparation of BVR (Basic Valuation Report) - for land value fixing prepared and send for approval. After approval negotiation with the land owners will be done and afterwards procedure of taking over the land will be done, which will be completed positively before January 2022 and they informed that tendering process can be started from KWA side for the work. 12 Oct 2021 After discussion with Asst. Commissioner, Land Revenue Commissonerate based on the letter given regarding transfer of 5 revenue lands, it was informed that 4 revenue lands except at Nellikkunnu, proposals for transfer will be sent to Govt. by next week. For the OHSR land at Nellikkunnu, related to the OS filed on the encroachment portion, letter will be sent to collectorate for vacating the land. Got update from Land acquisition section (B-8) at Collectorate, Thiruvananthapuram regarding the further processing after 19(1) notification, it was informed that the process of land value fixing of the two lands is in process at respective taluks and after that the acquisition will be done. On enquiry with Land Revenue Commissonerate regarding transfer of 5 revenue lands, it was informed that the land transfer process is ongoing. No further updates received from section. The revenue land at Nellikkunnu (OHSR site), an OS (Original Suite) was filed in Attingal Munsiff Court, for which the case to be referred to Dy.Collector. Remaining lands processing ongoing.
