05 Sep 2021 The scope of the work is the replacement of existing 315mm HDPE line with 350mm DI pipe for 3.5 Km.1.1 Km pipe arrived till date. Road cutting fund remitted to KRFB and PWD. The same got sanctioned in the District Coordination Committee of district collector. At first KRFB ensured to give permission after 02/05/2021(election code of conduct). But due to Covid pandemic the permission got extended till the end of lock down. But due further to delay in sanctioning the permission, SE, PHC, TVM contacted CEO, KRFB on 18.06.2021 in person. It is conveyed that permission can be given only after monsoon. But after discussion it has agreed to consider the matter as it is of urgent nature and will inform positively after discussing with concerned MLA and Minister. A reminder letter sent from this office to get road cutting sanction in KRFB road on 06/07/2021.Contacted Minister's office and a meeting is scheduled on 16/08/2021 to discuss for starting the work. During the meeting in the chamber of transport minister,with KSEB,KRFB,it was noted that road restoration amount of Rs 20,98,166 remitted to PWD has not transferred to the KRFB since the subject road is under smart city project of KRFB. It has directed KWA and KRFB to get the road restoration amount from PWD and transfer to KRFB.KSEB authorities informed that KWA has to remit a charge for their cable tracing. KWA Project Executive Engineer informed that it is not possible as KWA is not charging for tracing of KWA Pipe line for any KSEB projects. It has directed to address KSEB regarding this. Letter has given to PWD Executive Engineer on 18/08/2021 for transferring of road restoration amount to KRFB and also letter addressed to KSEB Executive Engineer regarding the tracing of pipe.
