| Description |
Mavoor grama panchayath falls under the scheme coverage area of comprehensive scheme 72
MLD capacity of Calicut WSS thus a Multi village scheme. The treatment plant is 72 MLD
capacity situated at Koolimadu. The service reservoir of Mavoor Panchayath is 7.5 lakhs litre
capacity OH tank . Presently , as per JJM google spread sheet details of Panchayatath wise
FHTC ,there are 6545 Nos. of households in Mavoor grama Panchayath , out of which 2546 no.s
of house holds are already having FHTCs . The Phase-I Jal Jeevan mission project for Mavoor
Grama Panchayath, for providing FHTCs by retrofitting and augmentation of existing water supply
system has been completed satisfactorily . In PhaseII Jal Jeevan mission project for Mavoor
Grama Panchayath, it is envisaged to provide balance 3999 FHTCs to households by
augmentation and extension of existing water supply system. Distribution main lines are adopted
as per the design of PPD wing of KWA. Total estimate amount of Phase-II Jal Jeevan mission
project for Mavoor Grama Panchayath is Rs 2800.00 lakhs .Some areas of Mavoor Panchayath is
higher than the existing OH tank level and for 100% coverage sumps and boosting station are
provided in this estimate . In this estimate it includes the supply of 500mm DI K9 pipes for a
length of 200m, 400mm DI K9 pipes for a length of 2220m, 350mm DI K9 pipes for a length of
2143m, 300mm DI K9 pipes for a length of 2935m, 250mm DI K9 pipes for a length of 2570m,
200mm DI K9 pipes for a length of 2929m, 160mm PE (10 Kg/cm2) Pipes for a length of 3016m ,
140mm PE (10Kg/cm2) - 4945 m, 110mm PE (10Kg/cm2) - 3223 m, 90mm PE (10Kg/cm2) -
24200m, 75mm PE (10Kg/cm2) - 37997 m,150mm GI pipes for a length of 100m, 125mm GI
pipes for a length of 60m, 100 mm GI pipes for a length of 50m , 80 mm GI pipes for a length of
800 m ,65 mm GI pipes for a length of 1500 m , and 20mm PE pipes for a additional length of
54540m for the extension of pipelines and for providing FHTCs . In this estimate the items for
demolishing bituminous surface/ cement concrete roads & footpath, demolishing stone rubble ,
rubble paving, fill the trenches with quarry muck & WMM and to restore the roads & footpaths with
cement concrete, interconnection works,construction of valve chamber are included. Different
sizes of valves (80mm,100mm,150mm ) , Air valves and PRV s for regulating/controlling the flow
also included in this estimate . The rate of GI pipes are taken from the DSR and DLPC rates
