Road Cut Related Risk |
Even though PWD informed the road restoration amount through portal, the detailed estimate not yet received. In some of the roads, the application is rejected stating that the ' road is under DLP'. The application for laying pipes in Kollam – Theni NH is rejected stating that ‘ the road is under DLP’. |

Land Related Risk |
For constructing OHSR at Kalarithara (Mulakkuzha Panchayat), land (20 cents) has to be handed over by Panchayath. For constructing OHSR at Pennukkara (Ala Panchayat), the Ayurvedic hospital working at proposed OHSR site has to be shifted. |
