Regarding the handing over of the lands, meetings were conducted in the chamber of district collector, kottayam on 26/10/2022, 7/11/2022. As directed by the district collector, we have submitted the revised drawing for the 10cent land for 5LL OHSR at penechapally. The district collector has given direction to the LA Tahsildar (KIIFB) in order to fix the values for other two lands. The BVR for the 3 lands has to be issued from the Collectorate, 19(11) notification published on oct 2023. Award of land placed on 28.11.2023, after hand over of land works can be tendered .
