Package 1-Regarding the handing over of the lands, meetings were conducted in the chamber of district collector, kottayam on 26/10/2022, 7/11/2022. As directed by the district collector, we have submitted the revised drawing for the 10cent land for 5LL OHSR at penechapally. The district collector has given direction to the LA Tahsildar (KIIFB) in order to fix the values for other two lands. The BVR for the 3 lands has to be issued from the Collectorate, 19(11) notification published on oct 2023. Award of land placed on 28.11.2023, after hand over of land works can be tendered
Package 2- Pipe laying works and pressure testing works in the Chirakkadavu zone 1B , Zone 4 & Zone 5 area in progress. PWD road cutting sanction pending on 1, Ponkunnam - Azheekkal road, 2, Kanjirapally- Elikulam road, 3, Chamampathal-Thekkethukavala, 4, 19th mile- Chirakadavu, 5, Mooleplavu- Powathukavala-Koombukkal purayidam. NH 183 cutting sanction pending on Ponkunnam- KVMS , process at NH division Muvattupuzha
Package 3- The Risk & cost estimate prepared with revised SOR in Price 3.0. The stay order has to be vacated for WP(C) 14792/2022 filed by J&B Engineering (Judgement dated 29/04/2022 on WP(C) 14792/2022).
