In this project it is proposed to provide 6543 Nos FHTCs in Eramam- Kuttur Panchayath by implementing the multi village scheme WSS to Eramam- Kuttur Panchayath. The work of the above scheme includes the components such as RCC weir, Intake well, Raw water pumping mains, WTP, Clear water
pumping mains, Storage reservoirs and the distribution network. |

Construction of Intake Well Cum Pump house at Thumbathadam : 8 m dia intake well construction work is in progress. RCC work of well steining, leading channel, floor slab etc are completed. Roof slab concreting of pump house completed. Plastering works of pump house is completed. Windows, ventilators, rolling shutters etc are fitted. Painting works completed. Electrical works in progress. 2. Raw Water and Clear Water Pumping Mains and transmission mains: All the required pipes as per NIT is supplied by the contractor. Total 20.80 km pipe laid out of 21.20 km. 3. Construction of 1.75LL GLSR cum Booster pump house at Kuttur – GLSR side wall and roof slab concreting work completed. Construction of Booster pump house is completed. Plastering and painting works also completed. Compound wall construction work completed. 4. Construction of 4.00 MLD Water Treatment Plant at Kannadipoyil : 95% of the work is completed. Finishing work of WTP building is in progress. Filter media work in progress. 5. Construction of 6.50 LL capacity OHSR at Water Treatment Plant at Kannadipoyil for Zone-I : OHSR works in finishing stage. 6.Construction of 4.50 LL capacity OHSR at Vellora and 0.50 L.L Break pressure tank at Perumbadavu for Zone-II : Construction work is completed. Finishing works also completed. 7. Supplying and Laying Distribution Network for Zone-I & Zone-II : All the required pipes as per NIT is supplied by the contractor. Total 199 km pipe laid out of 206 km. HTC work is also in progress. Total 4300 HTC provided out of 6543. 8.
