| Description |
This project is for augmentation of the existing water supply scheme to Nenmara, Ayilur and Melarcode Panchayaths in Chittur and Alathur taluk. For the coverage of all habitations of three Panchayaths by utilizing perennial surface source of Pothundi irrigation Dam in Nemmara panchayath. The Package I and Package II is an ongoing project under WSP Project Division, Palakkad. The construction of 11.50 LL OHSR with staging height 3metre included in the Package I along with the laying of 450 mm DI K9 distribution main for a length of 1900m. The laying of distribution main completed. During the soil investigation work for the construction of OHSR it is seen that the site is unsuitable for the construction on removal of the boulders found at the site and site clearance. Hence alternate suitable land identified . . The component of 11.50 LL OHSR separately arranged as the contractor not carried out the construction of OHSR. |
