| Technical specification | The proposed project is for retrofitting of the existing water supply scheme under the control of the Grama Panchayath after commissioning of ongoing phase I project under the NABARD with a pipe line extension / replacement of 50 kms and providing 3000 nos. FHTCs to cover a population of 10849 nos. in ward nos. 8,9,10,12,13 in full and ward no. 11 in part of Agali Panchayath. It is proposed to lay 47.38 kms of pipe for line extention / Augmentation of existing water supply network after survey and design. 47.8 kms – 200m DI K9 – 2 km, 160 mm PVC – 9.18 km, 140mm PVC-9.38 km 110 mm PVC -9.69 km, 90 mm PVC -13.26 km and G.I pipes – 150 mm GI – 1 km, 125 mm GI - 0.8 km, 100 mm GI – 0.5 km, 80 mm GI – 2 km This project is to provide Functional Household Tap Connections in in ward nos. 8,9,10,12,13 Agali panchayath in Palakkad District on EPCM basis from the existing E1.50 LL reservoir at Kottamedu and existing Reservoir of capacity 5.70 LL Agali Rest house compound |
