No offers were received then extended up to 14/11/2023. No offers received then again extended with submission date 23/11/2023 and opening date 24/11/2023. No offer received again work is extended with submission date 04/12/2023 and opening date 05/12/2023. No offer received again work is extended with submission date 14/12/2023 and opening date 15/12/2023. One offer received. Prequalification under processing. Price bid opened on 8/1/2024 and rate quoted is 38% above TPAC and is processng. Prequalification approved and negotiation submitted to contractor on 22.1.2024. Tender after negotiation to CE for approval on 29/1/2024. As the APAC is 38% above TPAC. It is directed to recast the estimate for retender. Accordingly meeting was chaired by CE (SR) on 22/4/2024 with electrical consultant and prospective bidders and it was decided that retender the work with merging the component such as Raw water pump-set, clear water pump set, Automation, solar panel installation, SCADA etc. by reducing the warranty period and changing the rate of warranty.
