The tenderer informed that he is not willing to execute the work at 10% above estimate rate. But he is willing to execute the work at their quoted rate of 29.80% above estimate rate. The superintending engineer submitted a recommendation letter to CE(SR) on 6/5/2022. Lowest quoted is 29.80% above tendered PAC. Selection notice was issued to Sri.Sasidharan, Metaguard Engineers and Contractors J/V with Binu Mathew at 10% above tendered PAC.But contractor is not willing to execute agreement.
