14 Nov 2023 Package 1-Regarding the handing over of the lands, meetings were conducted in the chamber of district collector, kottayam on 26/10/2022, 7/11/2022. As directed by the district collector, we have submitted the revised drawing for the 10cent land for 5LL OHSR at penechapally. The district collector has given direction to the LA Tahsildar (KIIFB) in order to fix the values for other two lands. The BVR for the 3 lands has to be issued from the Collectorate, 19(11) notification published on oct 2023. Award of land placed on 28.11.2023, after hand over of land works can be tendered Package 2- Pipe laying works and pressure testing works in the Chirakkadavu zone 1B , Zone 4 & Zone 5 area in progress. PWD road cutting sanction pending on 1, Ponkunnam - Azheekkal road, 2, Kanjirapally- Elikulam road, 3, Chamampathal-Thekkethukavala, 4, 19th mile- Chirakadavu, 5, Mooleplavu- Powathukavala-Koombukkal purayidam. NH 183 cutting sanction pending on Ponkunnam- KVMS , process at NH division Muvattupuzha Package 3- The Risk & cost estimate prepared with revised SOR in Price 3.0. The stay order has to be vacated for WP(C) 14792/2022 filed by J&B Engineering (Judgement dated 29/04/2022 on WP(C) 14792/2022). Kottayam Proj Dn AE4

01 Aug 2022 Package I Sub division sketch for 68 cent land is being prepared at LA Tahsildar office.On approval next step is 19(1) notification with submission of Basic Valuation Report. 10 Jul 2022 PAkage 1 Final survey at site is completed on 24.06.2022 by LA Tahsildar,Vaikom.All obligations from KWA side is complete.On discussuion,it is understood that Basic Valuation Report is being prepared by Tahsildr and will submit soon to District Collector.Meanwhile to expedite the procees of land availability,seperate movement from Panchayath side is ongoing to handover the land by including in JJM projects.resolution is recieved. 01 Feb 2022 ***PACKAGE I*** Land Acquisition process has reached the stage of 11(1) notification. Expert committee report is collected and submitted by KWA. Based on the meeting with Hon MLA Sri. N Jayraj on 10.01.2022 at Ponkunnam, KWA requested MLA to intervene and facilitate the process of advance pocession of land. MLA on 28.01.2022 gave confirmation that owners is willing to give ADVANCE POCESSION of land subject to the conditions that fair value of land is made available to them. This is intimated to LA Tahsildar and valuation report will be submitted soon. ***PACKAGE II*** Estimate returned to recast as per latest DSoR 2018.Estimate is revised, however road restoration estimates by PWD also needs to be revised w.r.t 2018 DSoR. Revised estimates are with EE, PWD as on 31.01.2022. Estimate are expected to receive this week and on receipt, our estimate can be revised for TS ***PACKAGE III*** Pipe supply not yet made by Contractor. During review meeting at the office of Superintending Engineer on 31.12.2022, Contractor agreed to supply the pipes by last week of January 2022 and start work. Showcause notice is prepared and send. 12 Jan 2022 ***PACKAGE II*** Estimate returned to recast as per latest DSoR 2018.Estimate is revised,however road restoration estimates by PWD also needs to be revised w.r.t 2018 DSoR. Hence,request was send to PWD.Estimates not recived yet despite of several follouwps by KWA.During joint meeting on 10.01.2022,this was presented before MLA and hence PWD authorities agreed to submit the estimates ASAP. ***PACKAGE 3*** PIpe supply not yet made by Contractor.During review meeting at the office of Superintending Engineer on 31.12.2022,Contractor agreed to supply the pipes by last week of January 2022 and start work.
