Hon MLA Dr N jayaraj conducted combined meeting of PWD and KWA at ponkunnam civil station. EE, AEE of PWD were present. EE agreed give road cutting sanction after 15 august depending upon the rain intensity. after getting road cutting sanction the progress of the work can be achieved Kottayam Project Dn AE1
13 Jul 2021 Meeting chaired by hon MLA Dr ണ Jayaraj conducted on 12/7/21 at PWD guest house. PWD Roads and N H Aee and AE of sections were present. The road cutting issue was arised by EE kwa in the meeting. The cutting sanction for roads where road restoration charge already remiited were discussed. AEE assured to give cutting sanction to roads in consultation with PWD EE.. But for few roads sanction is kept pending with pwd Kottayam Project Dn AE1

Sanction order and agreement with PWD pending due to lockdown restrictions and further Mansoon ban on road cutting.Due to lock down and containment restriction contractor couldnot able to geo tag the connection fully hence . 307 nos geo tagged out of 350 connections. Time extension requested by the contractor. Project evaluation with Panchayath commitee Chaired by Hon.MLA Dr. N Jayaraj conducted. Kottayam Project Dn AE1
