15 LL OHSR at Karode
For the construction of 15 LL OHSR at Karode land for panchayath resolution was obtained on 24-08-2020.But immediate construction activities are not possible as 2 families has to be evicted.
Ponvila WTP
For WTP at Ponvilla 2 acres of land was needed. Special Thahasildar Neyyattinkara was addressed for Land acquisition on 21/07/2018. On 7/01/2021 Ponnumvila Special Thahasildar fixed fair value for the land as 8,13,35000/- & on 21-01-2021 online request was forwarded to KIIFB for fund allocation. WBS approved on 9-02-2021
Well site- Mavilakkadavu
For the land acquisition of well cum pumphouse at Mavilakadavu, Thahasildar Neyyattinkara was addressed on 23-06-2020. Pachayath Secretary Kullathur,Village Officer Kulathur was addressed many times but till now revenue Authorities have not handed over the site to KWA.
