14 Nov 2023 Package 1-Regarding the handing over of the lands, meetings were conducted in the chamber of district collector, kottayam on 26/10/2022, 7/11/2022. As directed by the district collector, we have submitted the revised drawing for the 10cent land for 5LL OHSR at penechapally. The district collector has given direction to the LA Tahsildar (KIIFB) in order to fix the values for other two lands. The BVR for the 3 lands has to be issued from the Collectorate, 19(11) notification published on oct 2023. 01 Aug 2022 Package I Sub division sketch for 68 cent land is being prepared at LA Tahsildar office.On approval next step is 19(1) notification with submission of Basic Valuation Report. 10 Jul 2022 PAkage 1 Final survey at site is completed on 24.06.2022 by LA Tahsildar,Vaikom.All obligations from KWA side is complete.On discussuion,it is understood that Basic Valuation Report is being prepared by Tahsildr and will submit soon to District Collector.Meanwhile to expedite the procees of land availability,seperate movement from Panchayath side is ongoing to handover the land by including in JJM projects.resolution is recieved.
