Site visit with LA team for the proposed 3 locations are completed. For constructing 5 LL GLSR at Panechpally, acquistion of 10 cents of land was required. However, based on the available deeds of owners, it was understood that the proposed land falls under ownership of 2 individuals and the boundary between the plots of 2 owners is not defined in the deeds. Follow-up and site visit were arranged with Koovapally village officer also. Even then the boundary identification was not possible. On checking the old FMB and datas available at Village office, it was understood that the existing GLSR plot is attached by RDO and marked as KWA property. Vide order no: C532211 dated 21/06/2012, the land acuisition was conducted by RDO at that time. Thus, request was made to RDO through LA office to avail the file and file with sketches is obtained on 27.01.2021.Now that the sketches is obtained,plotting is in progress and and problem can be resolved |

For the land required to be acquired at Panechapally,LA department surveyors were not able to identify the boundary of plot based on the available information.The proposed land for acqusition falls under the ownership of 2 owners for which itermediate bounday is not able to find out.However the proposed land is near to existing property.Hence Revenue orders regrding ownership of existing land is being traced at RDO office.Once tht document is obtained,Boundary can be identifie and contingency charges can be raised, |
