| Description |
The scope of work includes Supplying, conveying, laying, jointing, field testing to specified pressure, gap linking, trial running and commissioning of Distribution lines as per PPD design and allied specials inclusive of necessary lengths of spare pipes and providing FHTCs for full coverage of the panchayaths of Chalavara Panchayath. The work also includes providing Sluice Valves - Double Flanged Valves P.N 1.6 rated, Kinetic air valves type DS1 with flanges, construction of valve chambers for sluice valve, Air valves, Zero Velocity valves, providing
R.C.C anchor blocks, RCC Identification Blocks, 200 mm dia Protection Tubes, providing C.I man hole cover, Supporting Steel Structure for Canal crossing / River Crossing / Water Way crossing and all related incidental works. Temporary road restoration shall be done by contractor. In the event of B.T cutting of PWD roads / major panchayath road junctions for road crossing, the pipe line trench shall be filled with GSB after an earth cushion of 0.3 m
Newly laid pipe lines shall be linked with the existing network using necessary Tees. Any M.S fabrication works required for linking with existing lines. is included in the scope of work. Supporting Steel bridge for Canal crossing / River Crossing / Water Way crossing shall be designed and constructed by the contractor.
