Description Administrative sanction was accorded for the subject work vide order referred above for an Amount of Rs.19.90 Lakhs.This Estimate is prepared for the construction of a Building for Effluent Quality Testing lab for Sub District lab Idukki at Cheruthoni. The proposed building is situated on the ground floor of existing  building. The estimate includes the Provisions for brick work, its plastering and painting , rcc slab and lintel , granite finishing of slab, flooring with vetrified tile, wood work for door, aluminium fabrication for portioning and windows, electrifications,roofing with GI sheet and its structural works, provision for steel ladder and its hand rail etc.. Total amount of the estimate comes to Rs.10,41,200 which is in agreement with the provision in DER for civil works
