Draft PER FOR SEWERAGE MANAGEMENT OF 100 WARDS OF TMC is submitted on 20/08/22. Mean time M/s REPL filed a petiton against KWA and has got a stay order for further action against theblack listing & revenue recovery of the firm. etion. DPR of cluster 1 is in progress and expected to be completed by 30/09/2022. Mananging Director directed to continue the work without getting the reappropriated Administrative Sanction. |

The work of DPR preparation of TVPM municipal corporation area entrusted to the firm by M/s REPL has been terminated vide order/ proceedings of the SE, Sewerage Circle, TVPM no. KWA/SE/SEW/EOI/REPL/338/2020-21 dated 31.05.22 . In the Chief Secretary meeting held on 21/06/2022 it was decided to prepare the DPR internally by KWA. Based on the direction, necessary arrangements are being done for speedy completion. DPR of cluster 1 ( six wards) is planned to be completed by 20.09.2022 as two zones. |

The termination order is accorded due to lapses in completing the work assigned to them as per the schedule and the agreed EOI. |
