AS PER THE ABOVE SL 1 to 5 Completed and commisioned on 2016 .
Distribution system in Thevalakkara panchayath for 10km is excluded from the list due to the shortage of amount and included in JJM proposal of 2020-2021.
Bottlenecks in the construction of OHSR
(A 10 LL OHSR Proposed for Thevalakkara panchayath and panchaytah was unable to find a suitable land . on 13.7.2016 on panchayath comittte meeting resolution passed to take over the land of Public health subcentre of Mariyadimukku with the consent of Health department . Then KWA recasted the estimate based on the LAND to 6.5LL . Panchayath comitte and KWA during the course struggled to get the land from Health department. on 16.6.2017 ,Director of Health department written a letter to government with unwillingness to give land for OHSR stating various reasons. KWA had given various proposals of taking the land by permissive sanction and on lease and given letters to ACS Health and revenue during 2018 . Hon . District Collector ,Kollam on 5.2.19 on a meeting concerned to this issue submitted his proposal to Health and permissive sanction obtained on 19.6.2019.)
