The tenderer informed that he is not willing to execute the work at 10% above estimate rate. But he is willing to execute the work at their quoted rate of 29.80% above estimate rate. The superintending engineer submitted a recommendation letter to CE(SR) on 6/5/2022. Explaining necessity and important of work and also requested to taken up the matter at higher level for further directions. Taken up at Government level by MD on 24/05/2022. Tender rejected from Govt on 27/09/2022.Letter given to Irrigation department for recasting the estimate and recasted estimate from irrigation department on 8/11/22. Estimate prepared in price price 3 and submitted to higher office for approval. The estimate return back from CE's office for correction and Irrigation (mechanical wing) requested to add the centage charge in their estimate part and they submit the revised estimate on 16.1.2023 and Estimate prepared in Price 3.0 and submitted to higher office.
