10 May 2021 The scope of the work is the replacement of existing 315mm HDPE line with 350mm DI pipe for 3.5 Km.1.1 Km pipe arrived till date. Road cutting fund remitted to KRFB and PWD. The same got sanctioned in the District Coordination Committee of district collector. KRFB ensured to give permission after 02/05/2021(election code of conduct).Reminded KRFB via mail on 30/04/2021 and periodically contacted KRFB for road cutting sanction . Also personally contacted the matter several times with KRFB engineer over phone. Today it is conveyed that CEO, KRFB recommended to give permission only after lockdown. An online meeting was held by Superintendent on 07/05/2021 to discuss the issues related to this work. Information was given to Contractor for attending online meeting but Contractor was absent.
