The work may be completed tentatively by 30/06/2022 provided the KRFB Authorities according the permission not later than 30/03/2022. The KRFB Authorities has been consistently coordinated for permission and they inform that they already forwarded the request to Collectorate and the District Collector will accord permission through utility committee minutes, which is awaiting. The KRFB Authorities are coorddinated for tar cutting along road surface, they informed that the demand note will issue soon.

The work may be completed tentatively by 30/06/2022 provided the KRFB Authorities according the permission not later than 30/03/2022. The KRFB Authorities has been consistently coordinated for permission and they inform that they already forwarded the request to Collectorate and the District Collector will accord permission through utility committee minutes, which is awaiting. But the Contractor says that he is not able to lay the pipes through the pavements as sufficient cover may not be available due to the presence of storm water drain slabs which can not be cut. This matter has been forwarded in letter by the Contractor and accordingly the cost comparison has been assessed to analyse the difference of tar cutting amount to be remitted for according tar cutting permission along tarred road surface.
