| Description |
The entire catering area of the panchayath comprising 23 wards is divided in to nine zones.The present project is for laying distribution system in Zone I(part) form 5 lakh OHSR at WTP site near MES college compound and in Zone VI from 4 LL GLSR at Pallikunnu.The proposal is to lay about 46 km of various types and sizes of distribution lines exclusively for both zones to cover drought prone high demand and commercial areas like MES junction,Mukkoottuthara,Thumarampara,Irumbunnikara,Peruthode,Muttapally and Pallikunnu along NH/PWD/Panchayath roads including BM& BC surface/interlocking tile surfaces/concrete surface/chipping carpet surface roads and berm.The pumping lines and tanks of these zones are already completed and required pumpsets are already erected at the WTP |

Since permission to lay pipes on NH 183 A has not yet received.Main work in which pipelines has to be laid is pending.Thus this work is also kept on hand. |
